Luscious lashes for a fantastical wedding look

Take your wedding make-up to the next level! Trends for long luscious fantastical and theatrical lashes have transcended festival season to be a hot new look the winter weddings and Christmas parties.

The In Your Dreams Festival Collection S/S13 eyelashes were a big hit at Wilderness, Burning Man, Secret Garden Party and Bestival. They were in such demand their eyelashes sold out everywhere they went and the likes of Cara Delevingne were even spotted at the In Your Dreams stand at Secret Garden Party and left with Your Mystical Lash, which she wore on Saturday night with her friends.

Run by 25-year-old Bryony Fripp and Madeline Griffiths, 29, In Your Dreams specialise in glitter, long lashes, head jewels and all the glitz and glam of fantasy make-up.

Prices start from £20 and the pictured ‘Your Glam Lash’, with weightless embellished sparkle, is perfect for weddings with delicate handmade lashes embellished with 15 various sized diamantes, which catch the light, creating a glamorous and seductive look.

‘Your Vintage Lash’, with an intricate lace overlay, will appeal to fashionistas and also trend-savvy brides-to-be. ‘Your Aztec Lash’ features embellishments in gold and burnt bronze while ‘Your Entertaining Lash’ features colourful mini pom poms for an eye-catching look. ‘Your Mystical Lash’, ‘Your Tribal Lash’ and ‘Your Dreamy Lash’ make up the collection and all feature beautiful feathers.

The In Your Dreams experience is taking make-up and body art to a new level and the eyelash range is just the beginning of their expansion onto the high street. Bryony and Maddy are available for Autumn/Winter event bookings, Christmas parties, hen nights, launches and more.

“This is the summer to be a painted lady alongside, the ubiquitous Hunter wellies and denim cut offs, festival goers are indulging a more artsitic side using their faces and figures as the canvas – this is body painting with an injection of class and imagination.” Rosamund Urwin London, Evening Standard
