Luxury bridal retailer and home of TLC’s hugely popular Say Yes to the Dress, Kleinfeld Brides, has partnered with cancer research and treatment center, Memorial Sloan Kettering. Brides-to-be can ‘Say Yes for a cause’ at Kleinfeld’s flagship in New York City and support Memorial Sloan Kettering up until October 31st.
For every dress purchased at $3,000 and up, Kleinfeld will be donating 5% to Memorial Sloan Kettering breast cancer research. An estimated $100,000 will be raised during this partnership period.
Kleinfeld Co-owner, Ronnie Rothstein, said, “Many of our brides, employees and their families have been affected by breast cancer. Kleinfeld is grateful for the opportunity to support Memorial Sloan Kettering’s groundbreaking cancer research and treatment options.”
To celebrate this unique partnership, Kleinfeld will provide pink silk robes and shoes for each bride shopping during the promotional period. Brides will also have the opportunity to try on pink wedding dresses and accessories from various designers. Great for a selfie!
“We are deeply grateful to Kleinfeld Bridal for its commitment to raising critical funds and awareness for breast cancer research,” says Dr. Ayca Gucalp, a medical oncologist in the Breast Medicine Service at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. “A marriage is a wonderful time in a family’s life—our goal is to help ensure that our patients are able to celebrate these special moments. The generosity of Kleinfeld and its customers will have a tremendous impact on our work toward this effort.”
